The company’s manufacturing units are spread over a floor space of 400,000 sq. ft., in four different locations, producing about 8,00,000 pieces of garments per month. We have committed support from our experienced work force of around 2500 People.
All our units pride to have the most modern and sophisticated machineries from internationally reputed manufacturers like Jukki, Peguasus,Yamota, Siruba, Kansai, Eastman, KM, Ramson, sunrise , Brother etc.
Merchandising
We have an energetic and experienced team of merchandisers who are ready to meet any challenge to satisfy customers requirements in time.
Sampling
We have a full fledged sample department who develops the new samples as per the requirements of the customers and according to the international fashion trends.
Knitting Divison
Our knitting facility has the latest technology, Mayer & Cie make Relanit 3.2 Model machines consume less energy and are versatile. They have four needle tracks and can knit piques structured jerseys and two thread fleeces.
Fabrication Storage
Our fabrication team is headed by qualified mangers and technicians. We can handle all kinds of fabric such as Jersy, Ribs, Cotton / Lycra,Viscose / Lycra, Fleece, Drop needles and Interlock, etc..,
Cutting
Cutting department is managed by well experienced personnel's with all the latest and sophisticated cutting equipments & we have Gerber Auto cutter etc.,
Embroidery
The embroidery division with the most modern computerized machineries with sequence attachment device are from TAJIMA(TFGN) JAPAN. We can make all kinds of intricate designes of embroidery and appliqué.
Printing
We have a state of the art printing unit with latest machines from M & R ( USA ) with all supporting equipment's for Placement Prints, dry discharge, Prints etc.
Stitching
The core area of work force who can handle any designs to the 100% satisfaction of our renowned customers.
Checking
Another important department where all the products are undergoing a thorough quality scrutiny to make sure that the products meets the customers requirements.
Ironing
Equipped with steam ironing machines we are confident to give the perfect finish to the garments before it goes to packing.
Packing
With the support of our dedicated man power, we always will ensure that all the products are packed intact with quality packing materials to reach and they safe in the hands of the customers.
Laboratory
Our laboratory is designed to international specifications and is equipped with latest testing instruments.
Our Laboratory tests all garments in each stage of its production for color-fastness to washing, crocking, perspiration and Saliva.
The Products are tested for dimensional Stability forwarding.
Our Lab is approved by SWISS QUALITY TESTING SERVICES for self testing of Federation of Migros Co-operatives products.
Administration & COC
WELL KNIT is having its own COC team who dedicatedly look in to the issues related to COC compliance on day to day basis.
Our Administration department is well equipped to meet the infrastructure, health & safety requirements and human resources of our company.
